Concept 2: Chat System

After giving it much thought and having had a chat with some staff and students alike, I decided to scrap the pamphlet idea and do something different. Pamphlets are outdated as it is in this digital age, and there is always the thing of paper consumption and such.

This new concept is to introduce an artificial intelligence or algorithm based chat system on bank websites.

There would need to be advice by programmers and makers of chat/bot systems, but I believe it’s fairly realistic and achievable. It would be like the run of the mill chat system many webpages have where users might want to chat to people running the pages, mostly shopping or similar pages, where you can ask for advice from an assistant. The problem with this is that there isn’t a 24/7 chat support line as there has to be a person on the other side of the screen to physically answer the questions. If you are looking for information out of office hours and you need help with something you will have to wait until it’s office hours again so you can chat to a real person, by phone or online, therefore this new system would be a fantastic solution to the problem
